Terms and conditions of service “MINT Marcin Matuszewski, Filip Grzesiak s.c.”

Booking a car or ordering a ride is done by contacting us by phone, text message, e-mail given in the “contact us” tab or by any other messenger supported by the MINT company, i.e. whatsapp, telegram and messenger.

MINT does not take payments, collect credit card details or make any pre-authorisations for bookings. Payments are collected after the ride in cash or non-cash form (credit card or bank transfer). The invoice is issued after the completed ride.

In the event of cancellation less than 12 hours prior to arrival or if the customer does not show up at the agreed location, the booking fee is 50% of the original agreed fare, or 100% for wedding bookings.

Included in the fare is a free 15-minute wait for the client. Each additional waiting time of 30 minutes commenced is charged in the case of a Mercedes E : PLN 50, in the case of a Mercedes S : PLN 100.

We make every effort to ensure punctuality. However, we have no influence on delays resulting from causes beyond our control, i.e. weather, traffic jams, accidents, etc.

The driver shall drive at a safe speed adapted to road and traffic conditions and applicable regulations. Driving at a speed higher than permitted, even at the request of the client, is not possible.

The customer is responsible for any damage caused by him to the interior or exterior of the hired vehicle and will be charged for any repairs necessary to restore the vehicle to its pre-accident condition.

If there are any changes or deviations resulting in an extended journey, other than those agreed at the time of booking, the Customer will be charged additional costs in accordance with the price list on our website.

We reserve the right to change the driver at any time.

The driver is responsible for determining the route. The Client’s suggestions may be taken into account, but are not binding.

MINT vehicles are insured for passenger and third party liability. However, any property of the client is carried entirely at the client’s own risk and MINT is not liable for any loss or damage to such property.

The driver has the right to refuse to carry passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or whose behaviour poses a danger to the driver, the vehicle or other passengers.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all MINT vehicles. The fee for each violation is £1,000.

Payment by credit or debit card is not subject to additional charges.

Hourly rates include a 30 km limit for each full hour.

During public holidays, Sundays and at night (applicable from 00:00 to 07:00), a surcharge of 20% over the basic prices applies.

Price includes: passenger insurance, driver with English language skills, Wi-Fi, refreshment kit (chewing gum, disposable tissues), water, car rental and fuel.

The price does not include: parking fees, airport taxes, motorway tolls, accommodation, driver’s meals and VAT (8%).

The price quoted to the customer is the final price based on the information provided at the time of booking and will not increase by additional unforeseen costs, unless there is a change to the route or additional rides are undertaken at the customer’s request.

Making a booking or ordering a ride means acceptance of the regulations and conditions of MINT Marcin Matuszewski, Filip Grzesiak s.c. for the provision of services.

None of the provisions of these Rules and Regulations affect the client’s rights under applicable legislation.
